The Yorkshire Digital Awards is one of the most respected industry awards events in the online and digital sector in the region. The five-strong online marketing company beat off competition from highly regarded rivals who had also been shortlisted.

The two-year old Halifax based company is extremely proud, as are its clients and associates. The judges remarked upon the excellent customer service and value for money, and in particular the sustainability of the company.

During this time of recession, marketing budgets are being cut by companies across the country - but investment and growth is still apparent in the digital sector - offering excellent return on investment against other media such as TV and newspaper promotion.

The team at Digital Consortium was genuinely surprised when their name was read out. The company directors Liz Baker, Guy Utley and Mark Lloyd were joined on stage by Laura Costello and Richard Keys -employees at the successful digital agency.

Digital Consortium is looking forward to submitting entries for next year; with exciting and radical new sites going live over the coming months, the company is confident of its continued success and growth regionally and nationally.
